Anyone on the team can hand it work in plain words, and it does the work right in the conversation.
Can my whole team use it?+
Yes, that is the point. Snowlax lives in a shared workspace your whole team can use, rather than a private bot each person talks to alone. Anyone can @mention it to delegate a task, and the whole team sees the work get done. Owner, admin, and member roles let you control who can do and see what.
Is Snowlax just bookkeeping?+
No. Bookkeeping is one of the things it does. Snowlax also drafts and e-signs contracts and NDAs, creates invoice PDFs, runs manual scheduled reminders and follow-ups, reads receipts from a photo, and answers questions about where the business stands, all from the same chat. Automatic payment chasing and payment matching are roadmap.
Does it work in WhatsApp?+
