How to use Snowlax
Snowlax is a bookkeeper you talk to. There is nothing to set up and no jargon to learn. Here is everything you need in about five minutes.
What it does
Open Snowlax and you land in a chat. Tell it what happened the way you would tell a colleague, and it does the bookkeeping for you: creating invoice PDFs, sending documents for signature, filing receipts, recording ledger entries, running manual reminders, and answering questions from the entries you have recorded.
You never touch a spreadsheet or a chart of accounts. You talk; Snowlax keeps the books.

There are no commands to memorize. Type what you need in plain words and Snowlax figures out the rest, then shows you the result in the thread.

Invoices
"Invoice Acme $4,200, due in 14 days" and it goes out. Snowlax drafts, sends, and keeps track of what is owed.
Getting paid
Snowlax lets you schedule manual reminders before invoices are due, and brings the reminder back to the team at the right time.
Expenses and receipts
Snap a photo or forward a receipt. Snowlax reads it, files it, categorizes it, and posts it into your ledger.
Your numbers
"How did we do last month?" or "what is our runway?" Get a straight answer in the chat, right now.
Reminders
"Remind me to pay rent on the 1st." Snowlax keeps the date and pings you when it matters.
Tips for great answers

Be specific
Include the who and the how much. "Invoice Acme $4,200" beats "send an invoice".

Attach the proof
Forward an email or snap a receipt. Snowlax reads it and pulls out the details for you.

It asks before it acts
Snowlax drafts and shows you the result before anything is sent. Nothing goes out until you approve.

Keep the thread going
Follow up in plain words: "make it net 30 instead" or "who else is late?".
Snowlax can make mistakes, so it shows its work and asks before sending anything. If a number looks off, just say so and it will fix it.
Install it on your phone
Snowlax runs in your browser and installs like a real app, so it sits on your home screen, opens full-screen, and can notify you when the agent or your team replies. Pick your device.
Install first, then open Snowlax from the new home-screen icon before turning on notifications. On iPhone, notification permission only appears from the installed app.
Start from the app
Open Snowlax first. Android and desktop browsers can show the install prompt there; iPhone users can then use Share → Add to Home Screen.

Open the menu
Tap the three-dots menu in the top-right corner.

Install app
Tap "Install app" (some phones say "Add to Home screen").

Open Snowlax from the icon
Use the new Snowlax icon on your home screen, not the browser tab.

Turn on notifications
In Snowlax, tap your profile picture and choose "Enable notifications".
Chrome often shows an Install prompt on its own. If it does, tap it, then open Snowlax from the new home-screen icon.

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. After you confirm, Snowlax puts the account into a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
During the grace period, sign back in and Snowlax will show a deletion-pending screen. Choose Cancel deletion — keep my account to restore access and stop the deletion process.
Paid subscriptions are scheduled to stop renewing when account deletion is requested. For the full deletion timeline and email request path, see Delete your account and data.
